We, Homes England, are the government’s housing and regeneration agency.
We believe affordable, quality homes, in well-designed places are key to improving people’s lives. Our role is drive forward the regeneration and housing delivery to support the creation of high-quality housing, help create jobs and drive local economic growth. This will support greater social justice and the creation of places people are proud to call home.
Our 2023-28 Strategic Plan sets a mission to drive regeneration and housing delivery to create high quality homes and thriving places. A key focus for Homes England is championing place-making, design and beauty in homes and places, partnership working and a focus on sustainable development are all part of our core objectives to create vibrant and thriving communities.
We know that to create a successful place, we need the local community to share their local knowledge and ideas and actively help shape the proposals.
